Swastik Nandakumar is a brand of Offbeat Culture Private Limited. These terms apply to your use of the website and to every product, membership and event you buy from us, including on our checkout pages (such as digital.swastiknandakumar.com, offers.swastiknandakumar.com and explosiveincomeclub.com).

By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The details you give at checkout must be accurate and your own.

Our products

We sell digital products and services, including prompt kits and PDFs (such as the Digital Product Starter Kit), recorded workshops (such as the 0 → 10K Instagram System), video courses and bundles, and the Explosive Income Club monthly membership with live online sessions. We may also run online or offline events.

Each product page describes what is included. We may improve, update or reorganise product content over time; doing so will not take away the core of what you paid for.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Where a price is marked GST-inclusive, the tax is already included.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Their terms apply to the payment itself, and we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your purchase is complete once payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price was displayed in clear error or if we suspect fraud.

Membership and recurring billing

The Explosive Income Club is a monthly membership. By joining, you authorise a recurring charge every month at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel.

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for a month that has already been charged, as set out in the Refund Policy.
• If the membership price changes, we will tell you before it applies to your next billing month.

Your licence to use the content

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own learning and business. You may use what you learn to build and sell your own products.

You may not share your login or files, resell, redistribute, publicly post, record or re-publish the products, prompts, videos or community content, or present them as your own. We may suspend access, without refund, if these terms are broken.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including text, prompts, videos, designs, graphics, logos and the Swastik Nandakumar name, belongs to Offbeat Culture Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Results and earnings disclaimer

Our products are education products. They are not a job, an investment scheme or a promise of income. Any numbers mentioned, including Swastik’s own results and student reviews, describe individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market and many factors outside our control.

Nothing we publish is financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Take independent advice before making decisions that affect your money or career.

Please do not misuse the site or our community: no unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam content, no attempts to break security, scrape the site at scale or interfere with other members. We may remove content or members who break these rules.

The site links to services we do not control, such as checkout platforms, Instagram and ChatGPT. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business), and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Governing law and disputes
