All products sold by Offbeat Culture Private Limited under the Swastik Nandakumar brand are digital: prompt kits and PDFs, recorded workshops, video courses and bundles, and the Explosive Income Club membership. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping or handling charges, and our products are available to buyers anywhere online.
When you get access
- Digital products and recordings: access details or download links are shown after payment and sent to the email address used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
- Explosive Income Club membership: joining details, community access and the live session schedule are sent to your email right after payment.
- Live sessions and events: joining links or tickets are emailed before the session, along with any reminders.
- Free resources: the free prompt is available instantly on the free prompt page.
In rare cases, such as payment-provider delays, access can take up to 24 hours.
Didn’t receive it?
First check your spam, promotions and updates folders for an email from us. If it is not there within 24 hours of payment, email [email protected] with your name, the email and phone number used at checkout, the product name and the payment reference. We will resend access or fix the issue. If we cannot give you access, you get a full refund under our Refund Policy.
