Refund Policy

All sales are final

Our products are digital: prompt kits and PDFs, recorded workshops, video courses and bundles, and the Explosive Income Club membership. Because you get instant access to the full content once payment is confirmed, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for digital products or memberships, including for change of mind, unused products or partially used memberships.

This policy is shown before purchase. Please read the product page, its FAQs and what is included before you buy. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, start with the free prompt or write to us first at [email protected].

When we will refund you

We will refund the amount in full in these situations:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same product.
• Paid but no access: your payment was successful but you did not receive access, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of you reporting it.
• Cancelled by us: we cancel an order, a product or an event before it is delivered.
• Charged after cancelling: you were charged for a membership month after cancelling it in time.

Failed transactions, where money left your account but the payment did not complete, are normally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5 to 7 working days. If not, write to us and we will help.

Membership cancellations

You can cancel the Explosive Income Club membership at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month already paid for. We do not refund or pro-rate a month that has already been charged.

Events

For any paid online or offline event, the terms shown at the time of booking apply. If we cancel an event and do not offer an alternative date you accept, we refund the ticket in full.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the payment, with:

• the name, email and phone number used at checkout,
• the product name and the date of payment,
• the payment reference or transaction ID, and what went wrong.

We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
