Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026 · Swastik Nandakumar is a brand of Offbeat Culture Private Limited

In short

  • We collect only what you give us (like your name, email or WhatsApp number) and basic website usage data.
  • We use it to deliver what you asked for, reply to you, send the newsletter you signed up for, and improve the site.
  • We never sell your data. Payments are handled by secure payment partners; we never see your card details.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected].

Who we are

This website, https://swastiknandakumar.com, is operated by Offbeat Culture Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). Swastik Nandakumar is a brand of Offbeat Culture Private Limited. We are the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

What we collect

Information you give us:

  • Newsletter: your first name and email address.
  • Chat assistant: the messages you type, and any details you choose to share, such as your first name, your WhatsApp number, your goals and your current situation.
  • Purchases: when you buy a product or membership, our checkout and payment partners collect your name, email, phone number and billing details. Card, UPI and bank details are processed by the payment partner and are never stored by us.
  • Emails and messages: anything you send us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser, device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived (including campaign tags like utm_source). The chat assistant keeps your conversation in your browser’s session storage so it survives moving between pages; it is cleared when you close the tab.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health, financial account or biometric information. Please do not share it in the chat.

How we use it

  • To deliver the products, membership and free resources you ask for, and to give you access to them.
  • To answer your questions and recommend the program that fits you, including through the chat assistant.
  • To follow up with you on WhatsApp or email when you have asked us to, or shared your number for that purpose.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns lead to purchases, so we can improve the site.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud, keep records required by law, and handle refunds and complaints.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, use the chat or make a purchase, and for legitimate uses permitted by law (such as fulfilling a purchase you made). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that already happened.

The AI chat assistant

The “Find your program” assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. To generate a reply, the conversation is sent to our automation system and to an AI model provider, which processes it only to produce the response. A summary of the conversation, together with any name or WhatsApp number you share, is saved so Swastik’s team can help you.

Replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are not financial, legal or professional advice. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under obligations to protect it and use it only for our instructions:

  • Website hosting and content delivery providers.
  • Checkout, payment gateway and course-delivery platforms.
  • Email and newsletter delivery services.
  • Our workflow automation system, AI model providers (for the chat assistant) and spreadsheet tools used by our team to manage leads.
  • Professional advisers, and government or law enforcement authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments, and on transfers permitted under Indian law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: newsletter data until you unsubscribe, chat and lead data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to team members who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Correct, complete or update your data.
  • Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Withdraw your consent, or stop marketing messages (unsubscribe links work instantly).
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

Write to [email protected] from the email address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

Children

Our products and this website are meant for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use only what the site needs to work and to understand basic usage: browser storage for the chat conversation and campaign tags on links to our checkout pages. Third-party pages you visit from our links (such as checkout or Instagram) have their own cookie and privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
