Before 2018, Swastik had already started 8+ businesses across retail, jewellery, interior design and more. In 2018 he started teaching what those years taught him about selling: small rooms, early workshops and a lot of hustle.

Swastik’s first stage wasn’t a seminar hall. He was a musician, and recorded an album with the celebrated Carnatic vocalist Bombay Jayashri.

Into business
Then he moved into business: 8+ ventures across retail, jewellery, interior design and more. Not all of them worked. Every one of them taught him how people actually decide to buy.
2019
Sell It Like Swastik
He turned those lessons into sales coaching. Sell It Like Swastik grew fast, and by 2020 more than 50,000 people had attended.
2021
Consulting and RESET
For business owners ready to scale, he launched the 7 Figure Mentorship and Platinum Partnerships, and brought people together in person at RESET, his offline events.
2024
The Superhuman Challenge
The Superhuman Challenge helped 1 lakh+ people unlock their potential and become super productive. Across his coaching, bootcamps and offline events, he has inspired and transformed 1,00,000+ lives.
2026
Starting from scratch, building in public
Then he started digital coaching from scratch and documented the whole journey in public: a brand-new Instagram account, digital products built with AI, and the Explosive Income Club, co-founded with Ankit Neerav. Every experiment was shared as it happened, and the account crossed 20K followers in under 2 months.
